Home Match

We specialize in matching the exterior of the playhouse with the finishes on your home. For some neighborhoods this is even a requirement.

Easily keep your child safe in their playhouse with integrated nanny cam options to ensure you can always check up on their play.

First may I tell a quick story? Take playdough for example. Some parents make it, most parents buy it. My experience as a kid was with both kinds. The homemade stuff was inconsistent, had a strange smell, dried out quickly, was not a vibrant color, needed to be made, etc. The store bought kind was: consistent, smelled fine, came in bright colors, stayed pliable for a longer time, came in a fancy container, we got to pick out which style we wanted at the store, etc. As a kid, I loved the store bought kind and put up with homemade kind. Both were playdough, but each came with a specific cost.

Now let’s talk about playhouses. Many believe purchasing a playhouse is way more expensive than building one from scratch. But this isn’t the case. If you purchase a standard-size house without much customization, you will spend less money than you would have to spend on tools, supplies, and materials needed to build a playset from scratch.

Another important consideration is time. Not only does it take time to build a children’s playhouse in South Dakota, but also: designing it, figuring out materials and quantities, buying materials, having access to the proper tools and personal safety gear, having a good location and expertise to build it, etc. Why not let the professionals handle all this for you?

We Answer Your Top Questions

How much does a Children's playhouse in South Dakota cost?

3 different models, starting at:

  • Pine – $6,900.00 (6×4 standard finishes with no covered deck)
  • Mahogany – $8,900.00 (6×6 standard finishes with a covered deck)
  • Spruce – $14,900.00 (8×6 with customizable finishes and a covered deck)
Our goal is to have the playhouse into your back ward within 3 weeks. Understand that this includes getting the materials, building the playhouse, final touches and delivery. If going with the custom finishes, lead-times may be longer due to having to order the custom materials.

How do I order custom children's playhouse in South Dakota?

Call, text or email us and we can discuss next steps.

Do you provide financing?

Not yet, but we will take 50% prepay with the rest due upon delivery. Remember, you will receive a $300.00 discount if you prepay.

Do you have a warranty on your playhouses?

The standard materials used to build the playhouse come with product warranties: such as the shingles and siding. Some of the custom materials may have differing product warranties. We ensure that the playhouse is built using proper techniques to ensure it lasts a long time.
The playhouses are built on skids and are designed to be moved around with a skid steer or piece of equipment with forks. We load them on the trailer for delivery and use our skid steer to place them in the desired location. During the preliminary consultation, we will discuss the ease of access to help streamline the delivery.

Can I exchange services for a playhouse?

We do not have an option for this right now, sorry.

Do you provide design and consulting services independent of your construction services?

Perhaps, we can visit more about specifics.

What are your playhouses primarily made out of?

The playhouses are framed out of standard lumber. The roof is either shingles or metal, depending on the style. The standard exterior finish is lap siding, multiple options here. The soffit and fascia is usually aluminum. Our focus is to build your playhouse to perfectly match your home, and we do our best to match the specific materials also.
We do everything we can to build the playhouses as safe as can be, but kids will be kids. Some of the things we do: guards on door hinges to prevent finger pinches, eliminate sharp edges as much as possible, secure interior kitchen sets to the wall, provide an option for a nanny camera, use door knobs that do not lock on the inside to allow parent/guardian ease of access, etc.

What is your return/refund policy?

We guarantee you kids/grandkids will love it or your money back!
